    There aren't any management mechanics to speak of in this game, but a particular scene struck me as useful.

    Playing the Imperial Agent, at the end of the first planet a person whom you've stolen the name of appears and intends to kill you for using their name, acting as the area's final boss fight.

    What we can learn from this:

    A reputation system. Agents should be known for their actions, depending on how publicly they're operating. Anyone acting as diplomat for example would be easily known since they're not hiding.

    If one of your agents was a big strong barbarian type people would treat them as such.

    If another agent is the sneaky stabby, never gets caught type, they'd have a reputation but it wouldn't be easily pinned on them as a person, if that makes sense? If there's a string of deaths all via the same poison people will pick up on that patern even if they don't have a face to place it on.

    For the sake of simplicity, crimes as a branch of reputation would be tracked only by certain geographical areas.
